Returns Accepted for Defects Only

To ensure fair service:
 Accepted: Manufacturing flaws (e.g., broken zippers/seams). Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof.
 Not Accepted: Change of mind, accidental damage, or non-defective returns.

Non-Quality Returns:

  • Customer covers return shipping fees.
  • Refund issued after inspection (excludes original shipping costs).
